The place is beautiful and kept fairly clean, nestled in a beautiful building. Has well-equipped room with wine and free WiFi, as for instance, offers affordable prices. Good to have a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Thanks to the host for contributing to our very nice experience for three nights.

Tony, the owner, was the bomb! He hooked us up with all the deets on the best boat cruises along the Adriatic coast. We booked one just 150 metres from the apartments and it was off the hook! We had a blast, partying and chilling on the boat. Definitely coming back for more epic adventures in the future!
The only thing we could ask for is if there were more party spots near the apartments. We had a blast on the boat cruise, but it would've been even better if there were some happening clubs or bars within walking distance.

I absolutely loved the single room with its own private entrance and balcony. It felt like my own little oasis and I enjoyed having some fresh air every morning. The kitchen and dining area were also a nice touch, as I could prepare meals whenever I wanted. it felt cozy and homely, perfect for a solo traveler like me.
Personally, I didn't really use the tea/coffee maker in the double room. But hey, that's just my preference and I'm sure others would appreciate it.

We had a mind-blowing 4-night stay at this guesthouse. The host was super amazing and the apartment was jaw-dropping. It had everything we needed, from free wi-fi and a flat-screen TV to a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The location was perfect, with grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The shared terrace offered a stunning view of the bay area. Tony, the owner, was incredibly kind and even drove us to the bus station. Can't recommend this place enough!

I had a fantastic stay at a wonderful apartment in Dubrovnik. The owner, Tony, was incredibly helpful and made me feel like family. His knowledge and tips saved me a lot of time exploring the beautiful city. The apartment was immaculate and had everything I needed. Tony even stocked the fridge with drinks and the aircon was already on. The location was great, not too touristy and just a short bus ride to the old town. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Dubrovnik.

The guesthouse is located on a hill above the city, offering a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. Guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and escape the crowded city center. The host provides pick-up and drop-off services, making transportation convenient. The apartment is clean and comfortable, equipped with a well-stocked kitchen and air conditioning. The bathroom facilities are clean and in good working order.
One downside is that the apartment is a bit far from the city center, requiring a 25-30 minute walk or a bus ride.

Convenient Location: Nestled above the bustling new harbor of Dubrovnik, the Guesthouse Tonko offers a unique vantage point to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. It's like having a front-row seat to a captivating live performance, where the harbor serves as the stage and the boats dance with the waves.
Limited Night Transportation: The only minor inconvenience was that the buses stopped running for the night, making it a bit challenging to get back to the hotel after spending late evenings exploring the city.
